When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you create smart links, we store the URLs you provide. When someone clicks your smart link, we record the device type, country (derived from IP address), referrer domain, and UTM parameters.
We temporarily store the IP address of link visitors to derive their country for analytics. Raw IP addresses are automatically deleted within 48 hours. We never sell, share, or use IP addresses for tracking purposes beyond country-level geolocation.
Free accounts: click analytics are retained for 7 days. Pro accounts: 90 days. Business accounts: 1 year. You can export all your data at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account and all associated data permanently.
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and PostHog (product analytics). Each processes data according to their own privacy policies. We do not send personally identifiable information to our analytics provider.
You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights from your account Settings page or by contacting us. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
